What to See in Salerno

Start your walk from the Trieste promenade – a pleasant place to stroll along the sea. Then walk along via dei Mercanti, an old street running through the entire historic centre.

What to Visit Near Salerno

If you arrive in Salerno by cruise ship, don’t waste time on buses – ferries to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello are faster and more frequent. These are the three most beautiful villages on the coast, and you can visit two of them in one day.
